Shipping is free for all New Zealand orders over $100, however on occasion customers select Click & Collect at our checkout by mistake. If this happens we kindly ask them to purchase a courier ticket to cover the cost of shipping. Once payment has been recieved we will dispatch your order.
If you are purchasing a ‘Courier Fee’ only please do select ‘Click & Collect’ for no additional charges.

Returns
We don't manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after your order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
The item should not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also remain in the original packaging.
